The FEI is looking for a Support & Content Administrator for a 1-year fixed term with the possibility of extension. You will exclusively work on the new Equine Digital Passport project in close collaboration with the FEI Technology Operations Department. The position’s activity rate is 100% and the location is Lausanne, Switzerland. This position is available as of 1 January 2026 or upon agreement.
Support and Content Administrator
Purpose of the Role
The Equine Digital Passport is a new international standard for horse identification, traceability, and welfare management. To support the upcoming launch of this digital solution, we are looking for a Support & Content Administrator. This position will provide general administrative support to all Stakeholders in the use of the Digital Passport solution. The administrator will work closely with the Digital Passport Project Manager and also contribute to content & communications as well as various other activities related to the digital passport.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Stakeholders using the Digital Passport.
- Serve as a first point of contact for enquiries, troubleshooting and guidance.
- Assist in the creation of guidelines, FAQs, content and communications regarding the Digital Passport.
- Support the updating of websites and digital channels.
- Assist in user research, testing of new features and the preparation of reports.
- Monitor feedback from users and escalate technical issues where required.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or a similar role.
- Comfortable with IT tools, websites, content platforms (technology-orientated)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Service-oriented, attention to detail and good communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong interest and knowledge of the equine industry is advantageous
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. French or German is a plus.?
